So we are putting a bid in on a house tomorrow. Its a nice 2100 sq. ft. house with 4 bedrooms 2 bath, and a beautiful deck. Its in a nice quite area in North Salt Lake acutally about 2 blocks away from our current apartment. We are putting our bid in at about 30,000 below what they want so its kinda a long shot to get it but with the market the way it is i guess we never know. So i thought i'd share some pics of what could become our home. We'll know on Wednesday whether we get it or not.

Wow, how exciting!?! How is the market there? The market here is crazy expensive. To get a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in a decent area here is at $175,000...at least! We've been looking, but haven't found anything within our price range that is even worth our time!

To get a house here thats 3 and 2 that is a great bargin most are really in that range but thats the lower end they go up to even over 205,000
That was a cute house. Sorry you didn't get it... it wasn't meant to be ;) I'm so glad we're in Texas for our first house- 4/2 for $96,500 with 2,200 sq ft. Sheesh... we're going to be in big trouble when we try to move elsewhere! It's nice to be in a house- but honestly, with a new baby, I was so happy I was in an apartment and didn't have to worry about all the maintenance problems. Owning a home is so time and energy consuming.
